Fee Structure for the Academic Year 2017-2018

 

Registration Fee at the time of admission (Non Refundable).     Rs. 500
A onetime Security Deposit should be paid at the time of admission as a caution deposit. The security deposit will be refunded without interest on completion of the child’s studies from the school as per school guidelines. (Refundable) Rs.10,000
A onetime Admission Fee should be paid at the time of admission. (Non Refundable) Rs.20,000
Annual Fee at the time of admission and payable once a year which includes, ETZ & LSP,  field trips, projects, worksheets, art and craft, dramatization, celebrations, co-curricular and sport facilities in school hours . (Non Refundable)  Rs. 8,000

Mode of Payment::
Fee payment can be either in 3 – Terms or at once at the time of admission to be paid in Cash/Cheque in the favour of Akshara International School payable at Hyderabad
Payment Schedule:
All the term fees are payable in advance at the commencement of each term by the dates as mentioned below:
1. I – Term – at the time of admission
2. II – Term – on or before 10th August
3. III – Term – on or before 10th December

Transportation Fee::

  1. Transportation is Optional.
  2. Students availing the Transportation Facility have to pay the Transportation Fees along with the Term Fees.

 Certificates  to be submitted at the time of admission::

  • Photo Copy of birth certificate
  • Record sheet/Transfer Certificate
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Bonafide certificate
  • ID proof and Address proof of parents/Guardian
  • The Aadhar card of child

Terms and Conditions::

  • Admissions for the new academic year for Nursery and Grade IX are open.
  • Admissions to classes depend on vacancies available.
  • Any fee once paid is nonrefundable.
  • Admission Fee is to be paid in full at the time of admission and is nonrefundable.
  • Security Deposit is also payable at the time of admission and is refundable on withdrawal of admission.
  • School Fee is charged for 12 months (Full Year). It can be paid one time at the time of admission or in 3 Terms.
  • From Nursery to all Grades, Fees can be paid in THREE equal installments (at the time of admission / August / December)
  • In case installments are not paid on time, a fine of Rs. 100 per day is charged. The school office sends circulars from time to time in this regard. The fee schedule is clearly mentioned in the school diary.

NOTE ::  

Fee Counter timings – 09:00AM to 04:30PM on all working days.

Fee payments and all enquiries to be addressed at the Admin Wing only. Entry beyond the Admin Wing is not permitted for Parents and Visitors.

Kindly note that for all transactions entry is permitted from Gate No-1 only.
